Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. MISCELLANEOUS -The maximum occupancy is 10 people. -There is parking for 2 vehicles. -This home is pet friendly and will allow up to two dogs, for an additional fee of $250.00 per dog. -No smoking, vaping, or events are allowed. -Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. -Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it. -The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
