Built within a closed condominium with 24/7 surveillance designed for single couples, with family or friends who like to enjoy a quiet day at the beach, fishing or practicing bodyboarding or surfing, sleeping with the sound of the sea after a night of relaxation and grill in the small south or who have remote work. The space Mini apartment built adjacent to my beach house. At the entrance there is a small living room joined in a single spacious room to the kitchen with a bar and bar benches as well as a brick grill. Inside it has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with an electric heater with plenty of hot and cold water, as well as another bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The terrace is accessed through a staircase, from where you can see PULPOS beach and the best sunsets. This area has a large dining table, chairs and bench, Wi-Fi where you can work remotely if necessary, it is a very quiet area and is completely covered. They have access to a shared-use laundry room The entrance is independent, without climbing stairs through the parking area. We do not have indoor parking but we do have a large front façade where you can park your cars for free according to availability or in a private closed parking lot right in front of the house. Pets are not accepted. Guest access The entire apartment detailed is for the exclusive use of the couple, family or friends who book it together. The entrance is only shared from the street but inside they have an independent door with single access to the mini apartment. The keys are given for total freedom to enter and leave at any time you wish. Other things to note The property is located within a closed condominium, with 24/7 surveillance. Vehicular entry is through a main checkpoint where only authorized owners or tenants enter. The pedestrian gates are open at established times and are controlled by security personnel.
