The City Centre is under 5 minutes away from nearby Pollokshields East train station, whilst supermarkets, parks, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. The space A spacious and welcoming apartment, perfect for relaxing in. The flat is furnished with tasteful mid century and antique furniture. There is a sound system, record player and records, as well as a projector and board games. There are three cosy bedrooms with brand new mattresses, as well as a luxury bathroom with walk in waterfall shower. On street parking is available for free and there is a park at the end of the road with coffee shops. Nearby are many excellent galleries, bars, cafes, and restaurants, either in Pollokshields or in the neighbouring areas of Strathbungo, Govanhill, and Shawlands. This is my home so there are some personal possessions (records, books, artwork etc) in the space, please be respectful of this, but also make yourself at home and enjoy the space :) The property is professionally cleaned to a high standard. No parties or extra guests allowed. No smoking. There is a smoke and noise detector installed which will alert me to noises above 75 dB in the daytime and 70 dB at night. This is out of consideration for my neighbours and licencing regulations. Pets only allowed with prior written approval and an extra charge of £30 will be applied per animal. Any damages caused by the pet will need to be repaid. Guest access Private front garden and communal back garden with outdoor furniture.
