Guest access Access to the entire rental space by stairs on the 1st floor. Other things to note Conditions for the provision of bedding: For an occupancy of 1 to 4 people, the nightly rate remains unchanged and includes the use of up to two beds. If you would like to use a third bed, a surcharge of €15 (valid without time limit) will be applied upon arrival. This supplement does not apply to bookings of 5 or more people, as the rate already includes the use of three beds. Please let us know your preference when booking. Pet Terms: The apartment is handed over to you in impeccable condition. However, it is more difficult for our cleaning team to maintain this same level of cleanliness after the presence of an animal, hence the increase in cleaning fees. Thank you for understanding.
