No drugs and no smoking ($500 fee per violation). Guests must be 25+ to book. Children are welcome with parents—please supervise as the home isn’t childproofed. Pets are welcome with a fee. Please leash them in shared areas, clean up after them, and take responsibility for any damage. Restricted breeds are not allowed. Doors & windows: Please close and lock when leaving.
