Other things to note The Wi-Fi Cottage is set back off the street, so if you're not careful, you may drive right past it. The 50-gallon jacuzzi tub in bathroom is down for maintenance. The jets are not currently working, but it is a fully functional soaking tub. **Work Group Terms** We welcome workgroups working in the area. When you are booking the reservation for your workers and not planning on staying at The Railroad Ranch yourself, the following three requests are required: 1. The ID and contact information of the foreman are to be shared with the host. 2. A 45.00 non-refundable damage waiver or refundable 300 deposit is required to secure the reservation. 3. The host will perform a video walkthrough at check-in and check-out when applicable. 4. If this is a last-minute booking, access to Station Three will be granted once the first three requirements are met. When a reservation is booked and a reservation code is assigned, the guest and workgroup agree to the Work Group Terms. Please complete requests 1-3 before check-in to avoid a cancellation performed by the guest or Airbnb and not affect the host's cancellation status on the platform.
