Other things to note A residential complex is being completed in the areas on the downside towards Ensjø, and there may be some, but limited noise from construction work on weekdays, but not annoying as the apartment is located a good distance away. It is relatively soundproof inside the apartments. Electricity autumn/winter: For longer stays (more than 7 days) in autumn/winter, electricity is paid by the tenant according to actual consumption during the rental period via AirBnB. Overview of consumption is submitted. Not expensive. Variable price, but the last 3 months (winter) the average consumption per month has been about NOK 280.
