The 625 sq ft unit is part of a larger home with a private entrance, easy same level access from your parked car through unit to the private courtyard and fire pit. Windows look out into the fenced garden and ocean beyond. The space The Garden Room sits within the garden and has beautiful views of both the garden and the ocean beyond the fence. The room's windows are aligned with the fence glass to maximize the views. The private all-one-level entrance gives guests easy access from your car through to the suite. This unit is warm and bright even on rainy days. The clean modern new construction paired with antiques and one of a kind art and collectables gives this suite a unique charm. Heron House is a large L-shaped house with guest suites at each end of the ground floor with shared garden in between. Both units can be booked together for groups up to 4 people. Guest access Private 3 room suite with access to a private courtyard and fire pit. The shared fenced flower garden has easy access to a picnic table & sitting area for your enjoyment. Other things to note While in the shared fenced flower garden you may encounter other house guests, 1 of my 2 friendly cats or myself. On windy days this is a great shelter outdoor space with views of the ocean, picnic table & sitting area.
