Guest access Our house is wheel chair accessible on almost every level. The entire house pictured, all terraces, pool, and beach access are available for the guests private use. Dave Other things to note Please take a moment to review our FAQs and menu. Chef Francisco has recieved formal training in Mexico, US, and Spain. He is always striving to improve his skills and looks forward to any cooking challenge. He has prepared meals as diverse as Mexican to Indian and Vegan to Kosher. He can prepare 2 family style meals for guests staying at the house. The maximum number of guests is 18 unless approved prior to check in. Groceries in PV are similar to the US. You can expect to pay about $20-30/day/person for groceries plus alcohol. but this is completely dependent on what foods and meal plans you chooses. Shopping for our guests is a complementary service and we are happy to do it for you. There is a very nice Costco, Walmart and La Comer (Similar to Whole Foods) all of which have a large selection of fresh foods. We often purchase both alcohol and food for our guests. If the staff purchases groceries on your behalf, please repay them at the time groceries are dropped off. Because food cost for large groups can be large, the staff can not afford to float the money over the coarse of you stay please them back immediately when the groceries are delivered or prepay them. If you're on a tight food budget we recommend you shop for yourself so the staff isnt responsible for keeping you on budget. Chef Francisco will be there daily. He will prepare breakfast and dinner. He will also make appetizers at lunch if requested and you are staying in the house over the noon hour. If you are eating out for dinner then the chef will go home and come back the next morning. We highly recommend guests consistently use insect repellent while visiting PV. There is a small gnat that can be annoying at certain times of the year. We provide OFF at no charge to our guests and highly recommend spraying it on the back of your legs and arms in the morning and evenings when this fly is active. Please feel free to take bug spray with you if you are going to be spending time outside hiking, at the botanical garden or zoo. IMPORTANT: There are many steps in the house so please make sure you use caution when using them. This is especially true if you have been taking medication that causes drowsiness or drinking. Please use the elevator if that is the case. Last, Please note this is not an All-Inclusive offer. We can book as and all inclusive if requested.
