Between 2020 and 2024, the house was further modernized and expanded into a vacation home. The special highlight is certainly the small but cozy living room, as well as the wellness room with sauna and infrared lamp. The wellness room can also be used as a bedroom, so the house offers a total of three bedrooms, a games room, a study and kitchen and living room.
