Minutes to Ski Hill & Bike Trails! The space From the moment you walk into the front entryway, you will sense, comfort and quality! The welcoming entryway leads into the living room, which is the perfect gathering place for conversations, movies, morning coffee, and relaxation. It is furnished with large and comfortable leather chairs and sofa. There is a mounted television ready for you to enjoy your next streaming adventure. There are stunning Mountain views from the living room windows, as well as sunsets which rival Hawaiian sunsets! From the living room, you will appreciate the open concept that leads into the dining room, and you may be pleased with the well equipped, coffee bar. Supplied with drip coffee maker, French press, grinder, water kettle, and an assortment of teas. The full kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Includes; a double oven, large island with countertop stove, microwave, cooking amenities, spices and oil, toaster, blender, slow cooker … To the left of the kitchen is a spacious shared bathroom with double sink and shower tub. The kitchen has a sliding glass door that leads you to the garden spaces-multiple sitting areas, fire pit, etc. To the left of the dining room is a landing, which leads to the upstairs loft, where you will find a spacious bright and inviting bedroom. The beds and linens in this home were chosen with your comfort in mind! This bedroom has its own heating and cooling system, dresser, closets, luggage, racks, and seating area. Upstairs, there is also a small sitting room, perfect for quiet, reading in morning coffee. From the downstairs landing, there are also stairs leading to the basement where you will find fun and competition available with ping-pong, foosball, darts, a sitting area, and laundry space. Off from the living room is the second bedroom with attached bathroom. Closet, luggage racks, and built in drawers. View from this room is the fire pit and raised garden beds. PARKING: indoor parking is rare in Mullan. There are two indoor car spaces available, as well as at least two car spaces in the front of the house. OUTDOOR SPACES: from the parking spaces, there is a set of stairs that leads to the large balcony deck on the front of the house. In the summer, there is a picnic table. Spectacular, mountain views, and sunsets! The backyard has a patio and sitting area off the kitchen, where you will be close to raspberry bushes (help yourself! ) and wildflowers. On the other side of the house is a fire pit area, raised garden beds, tomato vines, rhubarb, strawberry patch and apple trees (help yourself!) there is a steep hill behind the house with wildflowers, lavender, etc. Please stay off the hill, as it is steep and slippery.
