Located in Chasselay, at the foot of the famous Vercors massif, in the Isère department in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, the Demeure de Camille offers you a warm welcome in an old Dauphinoise farmhouse dating from 1777. Halfway between the cities of Grenoble and Valence, the house is located in the countryside, without any neighbors and with a magnificent view of the Vercors massif. The space Camille's house has on the ground floor: A large kitchen open to the terrace and with all the necessary equipment to cook as well as a Pro coffee machine. 1 dining room with a period table and chairs then a living room with a large fireplace equipped with a sofa, coffee table and armchairs. 1 desk area, 1 toilet, 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, 1 large laundry room with washing machine and freezer. On the first floor you will find: 3 large bedrooms with large double beds (professional bedding) and one with an extra single bed. Each room also has a storage closet. A second cozy living room is also available with a double sofa bed and 1 flat-screen TV. In the mezzanine you will find 2 single beds. That sleeps a total of 11 people. Wi-Fi available, travel cot. Guest access Outside, you will enjoy a large wooded park of more than 3000 m2 with different terraces and offering large relaxation areas. A brand new 11 x 4 m heated and secure swimming pool is available with deckchairs and parasols. A dry toilet and solar shower are also available in the park. Garden furniture, charcoal BBQ, 8 parking spaces, many walks nearby. A compost bin is available for your food waste at the bottom of the garden. You are guaranteed to spend a quiet stay in a rejuvenating place, in the middle of nature and in a house with all the comforts you need. Whether it's a stay with family or friends, you will find your happiness in an authentic and exceptional place. We have the immense privilege of offering you an estate without neighbors or overlooking. A peaceful haven that allows total rejuvenation and absolute tranquility. Other things to note A large 11 x 4 meter secure swimming pool is available. Deckchair, parasol, solar shower, BBQ and relaxation area are at your disposal. Our house is almost self-sufficient in electricity thanks to our 6 kW of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the barn. From mid-June to mid-September, we only accept weekly rentals from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.
