Dauphinoise house with pool

Located in Chasselay, at the foot of the famous Vercors massif, in the department of Isere in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, the Demeure de Camille offers you a warm welcome in an old Dauphinoise farmhouse dating from 1777. Halfway between the cities of Grenoble and Valencia, the house is located in the countryside, without any overlook and with a magnificent view of the Vercors massif. The space Camille's house has on the ground floor: A large kitchen open to the terrace and including all the necessary equipment for cooking as well as a Pro bean coffee machine. 1 dining room with a period table and chairs then a living room with a large fireplace equipped with a sofa, living room table and armchairs. 1 desk area, 1 toilet, 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, 1 large laundry room with washing machine and freezer. On the first floor you will find: 3 large bedrooms with large double beds (professional bedding) and for one of an additional single bed. Each bedroom also has storage closet. A second cozy living room is also available with a 2-seater sofa bed and 1 flat screen TV. On the mezzanine you will find 2 Single beds. That's a total of 11 people. Wi-Fi available, baby bed. Guest access Outside, you will enjoy a vast wooded park of more than 3000 m2 with different terraces and large relaxation areas. A brand new 11 x 4m heated and secured pool is available with sunbeds and umbrellas. A dry toilet and a solar shower are also available in the park. Garden furniture, charcoal BBQ, 8 parking spaces, many walks nearby. A compost bin is available for your food waste at the back of the garden. You are guaranteed a quiet stay in a refreshing place, in the middle of nature and in a house with all the comforts you need. Whether it's a stay for families or groups of friends, you'll find your happiness in an authentic and exceptional place. We have the immense privilege of offering you an estate without neighbors, or overlooked. A peaceful haven that allows for total healing and absolute tranquility. Other things to note A large swimming pool of 11 x 4 meters secured is available. Sunbed, umbrella, solar shower, BBQ and relaxation area are at your disposal. Our house is almost self-contained in electricity thanks to our 6kw of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the barn. From mid-June to mid-September we only accept weekly rentals from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
