About the Bathroom    •   Because it is a simple accommodation, exactly as in the photos, the bathroom is very small, with the shower close to the toilet, so there is no shower stall, there is a shower, we put a curtain, but it leaves little space and many people do not even use it, this may not please the most demanding, so we prefer to warn, even so, it delivers the essentials for a light and refreshing bath, with that unpretentious atmosphere of a beach house, if you do not mind that, this little corner will be perfect for you 🐾 6. Pets    •   No pets allowed 🚭 7. Important Rules * Silence and respectful coexistence * Trash should be disposed of in the street trash * No hanging clothes in hallways, windows or balconies * NO smoking inside the listing ❗️Visitors: Visitors not included in the reservation are not allowed under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of R$180.00 per night and per person, without prejudice to other applicable measures, including the termination of the stay. 🛏️Change of bed and bath linens Oh, and one important thing: we don't change bed and bath linens during the stay, okay? Accommodations are prepared with everything clean on arrival, but extra changes are not included in reservations. Important    •   Villagio is not a guest house or hotel    •   There are no common areas, reception, daily cleaning or breakfast    •   Items provided are complimentary    •   We recommend bringing some supplies, especially for arrivals outside of business hours •  Safety: Parapets and windows without bars, extra attention when hosting children. •  We would like to kindly ask that when frying fish or foods with a stronger smell, keep the doors and windows open to help with air circulation. This helps us a lot when we have check-outs and check-ins on the same day, preventing the smell from lingering in the room. 📦 12. Security cameras The property has cameras only in the outdoor areas and access corridors, for security and access control. There are no cameras in indoor or private areas. Guest access Access is only granted to duly registered guests upon presentation of the requested documentation. Other things to note 🏡 General Rules 1 ️Sound Apparatus: Use allowed only in the private area, from 8 am to 10 pm, in moderate volume. 2️⃣ Guests: Third parties are not allowed to enter for security and control reasons (fine of R$180.00 per night and per person) 3 ️Silence: After 10 pm, avoid noises so as not to disturb the other guests. (Subject to a fine of R$80.00.) 4 ️Passar Roupa: It is not allowed inside the apartment, for security. Pets️: Allowed for the presence of 1 small dog per accommodation. ️6 Fumar: Forbidden in rooms and corridors. City Hall Subject to a fine of R$80.00. Guest ️Responsibility: Stains or damage to bed/bath linens will be charged. 8 ️Damage Fee: R$50.00 per part of damaged linen.
