About the Bathroom    •   Because it is a simple accommodation, exactly as in the photos, the bathroom is very small, with the shower close to the toilet, so there is no shower stall, there is a shower, we put a curtain, but it leaves little space and many people do not even use it, this may not please the most demanding, so we prefer to warn, even so, it delivers the essentials for a light and refreshing bath, with that unpretentious atmosphere of a beach house, if you do not mind that, this little corner will be perfect for you 🐾 6. Accommodations are prepared with everything clean on arrival, but extra changes are not included in reservations. Other things to note 🏡 General Rules 1 ️⃣ Sound System: Use permitted only in the private area, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., at moderate volume. 2 ️⃣ Guests: No third parties allowed for security and control reasons. 3 ️⃣ Quiet hours: After 10 p.m., avoid making noise so as not to disturb other guests. (Subject to a fine of R$ 80.00.) 4 ️⃣ Ironing: Not allowed inside the apartment, for safety. 5 ️⃣ Pets: 1 small dog per accommodation is allowed. 6 ️⃣ Smoking: Prohibited in rooms and hallways. Subject to a fine of R$ 80.00. 7 ️⃣ Guest Responsibility: Stains or damage to bed/bath linens will be charged. 8 ️⃣ Damage Fee: R$ 50.00 per piece of damaged linen. 9 ️⃣ Linen Exchange: Available only when requested, upon payment of a fee. 🔟 Keys and Controls: Loss or damage will be charged at full value. 1 ️⃣1️ ⃣ Documents: Identification is required at the time of booking and at check-in. 1 ️⃣2️ ⃣ Personal Objects: We are not responsible for forgotten belongings. 1 ️⃣3️ ⃣ Safety: Always keep the gate closed. 1 ️⃣4️ ⃣ Energy: Turn off the air conditioning when you leave to avoid waste. 1 ️⃣5️ ⃣ Collaboration: If possible, wash used utensils and collect trash before check-out, facilitating maintenance. 1 ️⃣6️ ⃣ Use of Airfryer/Electric Pan: Do not turn it on at the same time as the shower, to avoid electrical overload. 1 ️⃣7️ ⃣ Clothing: Do not hang on balconies, windows or common areas. 1 ️⃣8️ ⃣ Trash: Do not leave in the corridors.
