The space I invite you to stay with me (Nicolas), the apartment of my childhood that I am renovating little by little to offer you a pleasant trip. A 100 m² apartment on the 3rd floor of a residence without elevator access. A cozy living room with table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen for your meals after work or with family. Three beautiful bedrooms with their own storage spaces. - A master suite with shower room and toilet. -Two comfortable bedrooms. - A second bathroom with a shower, sinks and some storage. Separate toilets You will appreciate the charm of a renovation and a tasteful decoration, live an unparalleled experience! Other things to note To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect. Only essential information is collected in full compliance with the rules of the GDPR and the platform. In particular, we will ask you for your IDs, the signing of the rental agreement (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a written agreement), and the imprint of a €500 security deposit (you could also choose, as an alternative, a damage waiver, a lump sum paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the security deposit).
