You will find yourself by the sea, in a Mediterranean garden between Olbia (8km) and Golfo Aranci (10km). At your disposal: entrance (sofa, table, chairs, kitchenette), double bedroom (with desk), bathroom, patio in front of the accommodation (two armchairs and a small table), corner of the garden (two deck chairs, hammock, small table, umbrella). We border a bay, 100 meters from the white beach of Mare e Rocce (Pittulongu) and from here other beaches (such as Bados) to reach on foot. The space In the entrance hall you will find a sofa, a kitchen with 4 electric burners, a refrigerator, a sink, pots and pans and a table for two people. The bedroom, with a double bed is spacious, you will find a large wardrobe, a small desk with a chair and two bedside tables. The bathroom is complete with shower, toilet and bidet. From the windows you will only see green. This part of the house has an independent access and is entirely available to guests. In the small entrance patio you will find two armchairs and a table. A clothes horse is also available. Each guest will have bath towels and a beach towel. Guest access From the gate on the road, following the path in the garden you arrive at the small patio in front of the entrance door of the reserved accommodation. There is also a small corner of the garden on the sea: a beach just beyond the boundary wall. The rest of the apartment and the garden are reserved for the owners. You can park your car in front of the house or a little further on. During your stay If you wish, Luisa and Dario will be happy to introduce you to the geographical, archaeological and historical beauties of Sardinia by offering you to consult the books, maps and guides in their library. The independent access guarantees total privacy for guests who seek it. Other things to note Peace and quiet are guaranteed. We will not disturb each other with loud music and voices. There are two cats in the garden but they never come into the house. A guarantee of this: Dario is allergic to cats and therefore they are forbidden to cross the threshold of the house. The air conditioning is centralized and is normally on from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. You can control the temperature directly in the room and therefore cancel it if you do not wish to. Please report any special needs. If you do not have a car and want to travel to Olbia or other places not reachable on foot, you can use the buses. The stop is about 600 meters from the house.
