Soak in the hot tub, dip in the pool, cozy up for movie or game night, or relax with friends at the pool casita and fire table. Here, the only challenge is deciding what to enjoy first! Owner managed with care and set up for comfort. We provide all the details to lighten your load. 6 blocks to ISU, a 5-minute drive to Carle/Bromenn and IWU, and minutes to dining and shopping in Uptown Normal and Downtown Blm. The space INSIDE • Living room • Dining room-Seats 6 • Infinity Game Table (Huge digital game tablet) • Well appointed kitchen with full size appliances • Bedroom 1- King bed, dresser, TV and adjoining half bath • Bedroom 2- Queen bed/Twin Loft, dresser, TV • Media room/Bedroom 3 with large cozy sectional that converts to queen size bed and 65" Smart TV • Large Bathroom with walk in shower and multiple shower heads plus a double sink vanity • Fast WIFI • Full size laundry • Fluffy bath towels and hot tub towels provided • Shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products etc. OUTSIDE • Pool house w slide open bar area • Outdoor dining- Seats 8 • Heated Pool - (Heat is an optional additional $50 per day) March 27th-September 30th • Hot tub- Available year round. • Fire table- Propane provided • Lounge seating for 7 • Chaise lounge chairs • Pool floats We are not located on site but I am just a phone call, text or email away should you need anything. You will seamlessly access the home by a Yale smart lock. Your unique code will be sent by email when you book as well as the day before. Please save this information so you have it on check in day. This is the safest and most secure way to access a short term rental (No keys to manage or get copied!). Items to note: Dogs above 30 Lbs are not allowed in the pool. Doing so may forfeit your security deposit. There are security cameras on-site located at the front door, pool equipment and the backyard area including the pool and hot tub. These devices are solely for security purposes and are not monitored, do not rely on them for personal safety. This home is equipped with devices that monitor the environment inside and outside the property (including noise levels, temperature, smoke air quality) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. This does not record sound as our guests privacy is key. Tampering with any security device will unfortunately be cause for immediate cancellation with no refund. Guest access Smart lock. Other things to note If pool heat is requested, the pool is required to be covered when not in use. Outdoor umbrellas must be down and stowed when not in use and if winds are above 15 mph. Damaged umbrellas will be at the guests expense.
