Beautiful family apartment with all the extras in a beautiful neighborhood of Ajaccio. The beach is at the foot of the building and there are plenty of shops. You are a 10 minute walk to the old city. Your kids have access to a large playground and skatepark. The apartment is in an Art Deco building listed as a Historic Monument. Very bright, it is located on the 4th floor with 2 balconies. Please note: there is no elevator. Ideal for holidays without a car. Otherwise free parking nearby. The space The apartment consists of a kitchen open to the living room with a dining area, a large corner sofa (convertible into a double bed), a large 65-inch TV. Air conditioning. This bright living room with 2 French windows overlooks a balcony with a small laundry room where the washing machine is located. There is a bedroom with a large 160 × 200 mezzanine bed (for a teenager) and another 140 × 200 bed underneath. The room overlooks a balcony and is air-conditioned. A small bedroom is adjoining for a child with a combined desk bed in 90 x 200. The bathroom is with a shower. Fully air conditioned apartment. No internet but 5G works very well in the apartment and in Corsica You can swim at the foot of the building, at Trottel beach, which you will see from the balcony. A fully Ajaccian holiday awaits you! A prestu Guest access It is a typical Ajaccian apartment, ideally located. You can access the bus service to get around Ajaccio and/or take the boat to visit Bonifacio as well as the Scandola reserve and/or take our micheline to go to Vizzavona and Corte. If you have a car, there is free parking nearby. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator, so not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It's a 1920 Art Deco building, listed, that appears on postcards. Trottel Beach offers pedal boats and a diving club in the summer season.
