Accessible to I-5, Hwy 113 and I-80 The space We are located in a new neighborhood, clean house, accessible to freeways I-5, Highway113 and I- 80, University of California-Davis (UCD) and Sacramento (SMF) Int'l Airport . Two-mile radius to Costco, Target, Walmart, Restaurants, MOD Pizza, Red Robbin, Apple Bees, Kuji Asian Grill, In- n -Out Burger, Dutch Bros, Starbucks and Accessible to I-5, Highway 113 and I-80. We are located in a quiet new neighborhood. This is a four bedroom house shared with family members and other guests. Our home welcomes individual who is willing to share space and are courteous. We really appreciate quiet and respectful guests. During your stay Guests can reach us thru AirBnB email or text and of course to the Host if you see them around. Other things to note -Some room has a Shared bathroom* so( please keep your personal stuff in your room), -No pets allowed. A family member is allergic to animal dander. -Security Camera 24/7 on outside premises and hallways -No smoking or vaping -No drugs -No other visitors w/o informing the host. HOUSE RULES: -The Bedroom is located upstairs (stairs are located at the end of the hallway) -We pre-assigned your room number so that you can easily locate your room. -No pets allowed. A family member is allergic to animal dander. -No cooking, but you can use the microwave, toaster, electric kettle and the refrigerator (with water and ice dispenser ) please clean up after use. -Security Camera 24/7 on outside premises and hallways for guests safety and homeowners safety. -No smoking or vaping inside the house, any violation will result to a $200 cleaning fee. - No alcoholic beverages allowed -No drugs -No additional guests. The only overnight guests are those included during booking. Each unregistered overnight guest is an additional $50 penalty a night. -No other visitors w/o informing the host -No shoes in the bedroom please.(Please LEAVE YOUR SHOES upon entering the front door, Absolutely no outside shoes in the house. You may wear your indoor slippers ) -This room has “potential for Noise” if you need a quiet room please look for other listings. -Please observe QUIET HOURS from 9pm to 6am so guests and family members can have a restful night sleep. -At night there is a switch that control stairway lights going to the stairs at the bottom to turn lights on and another switch at the top to turn lights off and vice versa of the stairway for your convenience and safety. -Homeowner is not responsible for any of the Tenant’s lost or damaged items. -Your check in will serve as acknowledgement and acceptance of the house rules outlined above and on our listing.
