The space The space Direct waterfront living awaits you at this modern townhouse. Situated in the prestigious "Spinnaker Sound" complex on the shores of the Pumicestone Passage, You’ll feel a sense of calm, taking in the sounds of the water from your balcony. This home is perfect for families or small groups, with an open plan design upstairs and alfresco spaces to soak up the coastal air. Upstairs, you’ll find the airy living and dining area. Glass doors open to the balcony, creating a seamless transition between the indoors and out. Cook up a feast on the BBQ or make use of the fully catered kitchen. A breakfast bar encourages slow mornings at home, while a dining table allows you to share a meal. In the evening, get comfortable in the lounge. In the Kitchen, coffee beans and a grinder along with a French press are provided as well as a variety of teas. Extra beans are in the Freezer. Has a ceiling fan and Split Air Con unit for extra comfort. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and comes set with a queen-sized bed and Air Con and ceiling fan to keep things comfortable. The second bedroom is found downstairs and offers two single beds, ideal for those travelling with kids. Opens out to the rear courtyard and has security doors fitted. This room also has a ceiling fan and Air Con. We also provide 2 x porta cots and linen for the little ones plus a High chair, change mat and some toys. You’ll refresh with two neat bathrooms and enjoy an outdoor shower to rinse off after a dip. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted 40inch Smart TV with streaming services Netflix, Stan Sport and YouTube etc. The master bedroom TV has access to Free to air channels as well. Laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer add to your everyday convenience, as well as garage parking. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the great fishing opportunities on the foreshore, and we provide three rods with lures for your use as the foreshore is only a couple of minutes walk away. for your enjoyment a Kayak is located on the Foreshore with Paddle and Seat/Lifejacket located in the Garage . Additionally, make the most of our provided Beach Wagon stocked with towels, an umbrella, deck chairs, and a cooler for your beachside adventures. For those that wish to bring a small boat (owner uses a 4.3M Runabout when staying) there is an electric winch to pull it into the garage so you can park your vehicle and the Boat in the apartment driveway. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the shared facilities including a pool and a private courtyard. Please make yourselves at home! One of the few properties in this complex to have ample parking + a lockup garage. Other things to note No cleaning fee! Please read and respect the house rules. All Rooms have split AC installed along with Smart TV's and access to Stan Sport and Netflix.
