Modern apartment FURNISHED Located only 5 minutes (BY CAR) from the center of Mollendo (squares, market, etc.) and 7 minutes (BY CAR) of Catarindo - It has 01 spacious room with TWO BEDS of 02 beds, 40¨ TV and full bathroom with shower and hot water 24 hours - Kitchen area equipped with appliances, dining table and small living room with ½ bathroom, sofa and 40¨ TV INCLUDES: Drinking water, electricity, WiFi, use of GARAGE and shared terrace The space This apartment allows people who visit the beautiful city of Mollendo to feel at home, as it has all the amenities and services necessary for a pleasant stay, whether I am here on summer vacation or for work or tourism reasons for the rest of the year It is totally PRIVATE and is located in part of the THIRD FLOOR of a modern family beach house ---------------------------- It is ideal to be used as a family, as a couple or between friends IMPORTANT: The MAXIMUM number of people that allows hosting this apartment is up to FOUR (4) PEOPLE (between adults, children and infants) the entry of more than 4 people is not allowed EYE: Please note that there are only two beds of 02 spaces in the only room (NO more beds CAN be placed) ------------------------------------------- The apartment is located in a quiet, easy and quick access to the center of Mollendo, as well as its beaches From here (BY TAXI or PRIVATE VEHICLE) you can reach in just 5 minutes to the main square of Mollendo, in just 7 minutes you can reach the first beach and/or the beautiful cove of Catarindo Quick access to the port of Matarani, where to get by CAR will take about 10 minutes ------------------------------------ The apartment is suitable for trips of any duration since, thanks to Claro's fiber optic WiFi connection, you will be able to stay connected at all times The connection speed is at least 250 mbps (symmetrical) fast and stable enough to perform tasks such as: browsing, telecommuting, using streaming apps, etc. The wireless signal considerations and prohibitions established -------------------------------------- DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT: The apartment is located on the THIRD FLOOR of the house, which is only accessible by STAIRS (stairs) It has ONE large room in which you can find 02 (two) beds for 02 people, it has a private bathroom WITH A SHOWER and hot water available 24 hours a day, it has a wardrobe (closet) and a 40-inch TV that has a TV box that will allow you to watch content from practically all streaming platforms through MagisTV (courtesy) likewise here you can find a small table with two chairs to be able to work comfortably Next to the room, in a separate environment, is the kitchenette area, the same one that has high and low bakeries, 4-burner cooking hob (no oven), basic cooking utensils, utensils (cutlery and crockery) enough for 4 people, two small pots and a pan It has a dishwasher pool, standard size refrigerator (has freezer on the top), electric kettle, rice cooker, electric coffee maker and microwave On the side of the kitchen you can find a small living room that has a dining table with 4 chairs, it also has a sofa as well as a 40-inch flat screen Smart TV Next to this area you will find an additional bathroom (without a shower) The apartment receives good natural lighting (sunlight) and natural ventilation on both fronts You will receive it clean, disinfected and with both beds stretched with cotton sheets and 02 pillows c/u In the master bathroom you will find 02 shower towels, regardless of the number of people staying (please avoid taking them to the beach) The rental includes 01 CARPORT SPACE and the USE OF the TERRACE OF the house, both for SHARED use with other guests and owners, the terrace is located on the top floor and WILL ONLY BE FURNISHED DURING the SUMMER SEASON, in it you will find a set of terrace, chairs, swing tables and two lounge chairs, from here you can appreciate the Mollendo city skyline as well as part of the Pacific ocean and sunset (this area can only be used in the hours of 8am to 10pm) -------------------------------------- Please note that ONLY registered guests will be able to access the house and/or the apartment at the time of their initial arrival UNREGISTERED PERSONS will not be ALLOWED in, so if you are planning to receive visits from family, friends or in any case you plan to hold social gatherings in the apartment I invite you to review other accommodation alternatives for your stay --------------------------------------- We have attractive discounts for extended stays: whether security reasons, only 01 set of keys will be provided PER RESERVATION (no exceptions) Other things to note ALL aspects and features of the rental are mentioned, prior to booking, in detail in the full description of the listing: features and amenities available in the apartment, maximum number of people allowed, approximate LOCATION, regulations, restrictions and limitations, etc. DON'T FORGET that the apartment is located on a THIRD FLOOR, and that it can only be accessed by stairs (so unfortunately it is not suitable for the elderly, people with disabilities or those unwilling to climb stairs) Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards. If you plan to travel early to take advantage of the day, keep this in mind to avoid surprises If you will arrive before this time, COORDINATE WITH ME IN ADVANCE, you can leave your luggage in safe custody, until the apartment is finished preparing, as soon as it is ready I will send you a message The same applies to check-out time. The apartment must be vacated BEFORE NOON (12:00 PM) To avoid additional costs (penalties) and considering that the apartment has to be cleaned for the next guest, if you plan to travel after this time, you can leave your things in custody and pick them up later REMEMBER that the accommodation is charged per night (hotel day) and NOT per hour, so if on the day of your arrival you will arrive after check-in time or in any case at the end of your stay you plan to vacate the apartment first thing in the morning or before check-out time, the cost of the accommodation will not change nor will it be subject to any compensation or discount USE OF GARAGE: The rental includes 01 garage space (uncovered) if required. This is mostly to store your vehicle at night or when you are not going to use it. During the day you can leave it parked on the street in front of the house for convenience. Upon arrival you will be shown the place where you should park during your stay, which may vary depending on the size of your car or your arrival time. To open the garage door yourself when entering or removing your vehicle, please make sure to correctly place both latches and do not forget to close the entrance door to the house -------------------------------- PLEASE NOTE that while the apartment is fully independent, the MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR TO THE HOUSE and common areas such as: stairs, corridors, garage, as well as the terrace located on the top floor of the house (ONLY available in SUMMER season), are FOR COMMON USE, that is, shared, with other guests and owners of the house ---------------------------- REMEMBER that the rental cost *DOES NOT INCLUDE*: - USE OF THE POOL: The pool on the first floor is private and belongs to another owner, so you CANNOT use it FOR ANY REASON - USE OF WASHING MACHINE: The washing machine on the top floor belongs to another owner of the house, so it CANNOT be used - CLEANING DURING THE STAY: While the apartment is delivered clean, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning it during your stay. To facilitate this task in the apartment you will find: broom, dustpan, mop and a bathroom brush ---------------------------------- PROHIBITIONS AND LIMITATIONS: Remember that, due to specific rental rules, the entry of PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN INCLUDED IN THE INITIAL RESERVATION IS NOT ALLOWED, so please note that VISITS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED, including those of family members, co-workers or trusted friends, if any of these situations are detected without express authorization, the rental agreement will be immediately terminated without the right to claim or refund (immediate eviction), this point is especially emphasized to avoid inconveniences during your stay You must also bear in mind that IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE DURING THE STAY, that is, if you initially book, for example, for two people, this number must be maintained until the end of the stay, otherwise the entry of additional people will be subject to an additional charge of 30 soles per person per night (prior approval by me and always respecting the maximum capacity of up to 4 people) Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment or in the public areas of the house (except only on the terrace located on the top floor). If it is detected that you have smoked in non-allowed areas, this will be subject to a penalty of S/100 soles for ozonation Prudent and responsible consumption of alcohol is allowed, PROVIDED THAT there are no scandals, acts that violate morality and good customs or in any case excessive and/or annoying noises that may disturb the tranquility of other guests, owners and neighbors ----------------------------- I urge you to please take care of the furniture (e.g. be careful not to scratch or burn the pans, pots and utensils), avoid touching the walls and TV screens, and if you are going to cook try to clean up immediately. All equipment, furniture, and fixtures have been implemented with great effort and will be used by upcoming guests The apartment will be checked on the day of your departure at the time of returning the keys. Any possible damage done during your stay, even if accidental, must be disclosed and assumed at the time of returning the keys. Otherwise, it may be charged to you through the host guarantee offered by Airbnb. However, this way it will definitely be more expensive than doing it directly with me before the end of your stay ----------------------------- At the beginning of your stay, as a courtesy, you will find a couple of small soaps as well as a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as a little salt and sugar in the kitchen (no oil or other condiments will be provided), a sponge, dishwashing liquid and some surface disinfectant After these run out, you can buy more at any store or supermarket for your personal use during your stay ----------------------- Garbage or waste that accumulates during your stay must be placed in plastic bags at any time during your stay in the container located on the first floor of the house (next to the passage before the stairs) ------------------------ AT THE END OF YOUR STAY: I don't ask you to return the apartment impeccable, but I would be very grateful if you could leave it AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE, and above all in good condition (although the gesture is appreciated, it is not necessary to leave the beds made prior to your departure, as all bedding will be washed immediately after your departure) REMEMBER, WE DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE ----------------------------------------- IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS: Please note that this is a temporary rental of a mini-apartment and NOT a full house, much less a hotel stay, as these are totally different experiences Renting an AIRBNB is not an ideal experience for everyone. The essence of renting a space on this platform is to have total independence and feel at home. If for your trip or vacation you are looking to be located a few steps from the sea or in the heart of Mollendo, have 24-hour service staff, daily cleaning service, change of sheets, towels on request, breakfast included, etc., in that case booking a hotel will definitely be a better option for you REMEMBER: The payment you make will be made to AIRBNB (who is the intermediary between you and me) and therefore they are the ones who will be in charge of their respective management (receipt of the payment made, inquiries and/or claims in this regard) Airbnb may show you a reference price in soles BUT keep in mind that (although the default payment currency is the Peruvian sol) there is a possibility that the page will make the final charge IN DOLLARS (this will ultimately depend on the bank issuing your card); so in order not to be affected by a high exchange rate or collection of commissions for international purchases by the bank issuing your card, I recommend paying with a CREDIT CARD (or debit card with account in $) so that if you are charged in dollars at the exchange rate on the street, the amount will be as close as possible to the price shown in soles or in your local currency (NOTE this does NOT depend on me) -------------------------- ALL people with a confirmed reservation, prior to the delivery of keys, must have either a DNI, IDENTITY CARD or PASSPORT, any of them in physical and current form. Likewise, according to the conditions of the stay, YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR CONSENT so that I or the person who welcomes you can take a photo of your document and that of the other people who make up the reservation or will enter the house, this for security reasons. Rest assured that after your stay is over, this photo(s) will be deleted Also remember that if your stay is longer than 1 week, you'll need to sign a private contract prior to the initial key handover Otherwise, if you DO NOT AGREE with the above points, as the owner of the property, I fully reserve the right of admission to my property and will not be obliged to make any refund and/or accept any claim from you As I am a natural person and above all as the IGV (General Sales Tax) or any other tax is NOT INCLUDED, please note that I WILL NOT BE ABLE to issue invoices or valid sales slips for income tax deduction (since I AM NOT A COMPANY) A simple sales receipt will be issued in your name (at the end of your stay) only for the final amount that Airbnb pays me (after deducting their fees and commissions) according to the tax regime I am in Finally, remember that in the case of minors, by law, they must be accompanied by at least one of their parents (presenting valid ID) or with the responsible adult carrying their corresponding notarized travel permit, valid and IN ORIGINAL, otherwise no one will be allowed to enter, without the right to any claim or refund and the national police will be notified immediately -------------------------------------- USE OF SHARED TERRACE (ONLY AVAILABLE DURING THE SUMMER SEASON) Only during New Year, January, February and part of March will the terrace located on the top floor be enabled, (only from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) do not forget that this area is shared with other guests and residents of the house, including my family, here you can be outdoors, smoke a cigarette, sunbathe or relax watching the sunset Upon request and if available for the date indicated, you can use this area to make an outdoor grill. I can even lend you a small grill for it if you need it. You only have to buy the charcoal, the supplies and make sure to leave everything CLEAN after use (especially the grill) Visitors or other people are not allowed in this area. Also, since it is a shared area with other guests, do not leave clothes or other belongings unattended in this place since, being a public area, they could be lost and this would be your responsibility ------------------------------------------- During the rest of the year this place will not be furnished and CAN ONLY BE USED FOR SMOKING
