Kitchen area with appliances, dining table and living room with ½ bathroom, sofa and 40" TV INCLUDES: Drinking water, light, WiFi, GARAGE use and shared terrace - It can accommodate a MAXIMUM of four (04) people between adults and children The space This apartment allows people visiting the beautiful city of Mollendo to feel at home, as it has all the amenities and basic services necessary for a pleasant stay, whether you are here on summer vacation or for work or tourism reasons during the rest of the year It is totally PRIVATE and is located in part of the THIRD FLOOR of a modern family beach house ---------------------------- It is ideal to be used as a family, as a couple or between friends IMPORTANT: The MAXIMUM number of people allowed to stay in this apartment is up to FOUR (4) PEOPLE. Also, do not forget to check the OTHER ASPECTS TO HIGHLIGHT section, what the service INCLUDES and does NOT INCLUDE, as well as the considerations and prohibitions established -------------------------------------- DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT: The apartment is located on part of the THIRD FLOOR of the house, which can only be accessed by STEPS It has ONE large room in which you can find 02 (two) beds for 02 people, it has a private bathroom WITH A SHOWER and hot water available 24 hours a day, it has a wardrobe (closet) and a 40-inch TV that has a TV box that will allow you to watch content from practically all streaming platforms through XuperTV (courtesy) likewise here you can find a small table with two chairs to be able to work comfortably Next to the room, in a separate environment, is the kitchenette area, the same one that has high and low bakeries, 4-burner cooking hob (no oven), basic cooking utensils, utensils (cutlery and crockery) enough for 4 people, two small pots and a pan It has a dishwasher pool, standard size refrigerator (has freezer on the top), electric kettle, rice cooker, electric coffee maker and microwave Next to the kitchen you can find a small living room that has a dining table with 4 chairs, it also has a sofa, as well as a 40-inch flat screen Smart TV, which also does not have cable but can be used to watch YouTube or Netflix (using your own account) or in any case you can move and connect the TV box of the room here Next to this area you will find the guest bathroom (without a shower) The apartment receives good natural lighting (sunlight) and natural ventilation on both fronts You will receive it clean, disinfected and with both beds stretched with cotton sheets and 02 pillows c/u In the master bathroom you will find only 02 shower towels, regardless of the number of people staying (please avoid taking them to the beach) The rental includes 01 GARAGE SPACE and USE OF THE TERRACE of the house, both for SHARED use with other guests and owners The terrace is located on the top floor and ONLY DURING THE SUMMER SEASON will be furnished with the following: a terrace set, chairs, swing tables and two lounge chairs From here you can see the horizon of the city of Mollendo as well as part of the Pacific Ocean and the sunset (this space can only be used from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm) -------------------------------------- Please note that ONLY registered guests will be able to access the house and/or apartment at the time of their initial arrival, that is, OTHER PEOPLE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER, so if you have planned to receive visits from family, friends or in any case plan to hold social gatherings, I invite you to check other accommodation alternatives for your stay --------------------------------------- We have attractive discounts for extended stays: whether weekly (7 nights to more) or monthly (28 nights to more), the same that APPLY AUTOMATICALLY on the Airbnb page once your desired dates are selected, depending on the time of your stay ---------------------------------------------- If you had any additional inquiries or something that was not completely clear, please contact me BEFORE YOU specify your reservation, via message through the Airbnb platform, by clicking the MENSAJEA section with the HOST Guest access Only people registered at check-in will have 24-hour access to the apartment and the house in general For security reasons, only 01 set of keys will be provided PER RESERVATION (no exceptions) Other things to note ALL aspects and features of the rental are mentioned, prior to your reservation, in detail in the full description of the listing: features and facilities that the apartment has, maximum number of people allowed, approximate LOCATION, regulations, restrictions and limitations, etc. DO NOT FORGET that the apartment is located on a THIRD FLOOR, and that it can only be accessed by stairs (so unfortunately it is not suitable for elderly people, people with disabilities or people with little ability to go up and/or down stairs) Check-in is from 2:00 pm onwards, so if you plan to travel early to take advantage of the day, keep this in mind to avoid surprises If you arrive before 2pm, COORDINATING WITH ME IN ADVANCE, you can leave your luggage in safe custody until the apartment is ready. I will send you a message as soon as it is ready Same for check-out time, the apartment must be vacated BEFORE NOON (12:00 pm) In order not to incur additional costs (penalties) and considering that the apartment has to be cleaned for the next guest, if you plan to travel after noon, you can leave your things in custody and return for them later REMEMBER that the accommodation is charged per night (hotel day) and not per hour, so if on the day of your arrival you will arrive after check-in time or in any case at the end of your stay plan to vacate the apartment early or before the check out time, the cost of the accommodation will not vary or be subject to compensation or any discount GARAGE USE: The rental includes 01 garage space (without a roof) if required, this is mostly to store your vehicle at night or when you are no longer going to use it, during the day you can leave it parked on the street in front of the house for greater convenience, upon arrival you will be told where to park during your stay, which may vary depending on the size of your vehicle or your arrival time, so that you can open the garage door yourself when entering or removing your vehicle, please make sure to correctly place both latches and do not forget to close the entrance door to the house properly KEEP IN MIND that the garage has no additional cost so it is subject to order of arrival, that is, whoever arrives at the end of the block is last in the garage and whoever arrives first blocks in the garden diagonally, so the last to arrive must take out their vehicle early and at a prudent time so as not to close the passage to the other, or in any case must coordinate in advance with the owner of the other vehicle or with me to see the best way -------------------------------- PLEASE NOTE that although the apartment is totally independent, the MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR OF the HOUSE and common areas such as: stands, corridors, garage, as well as the terrace located on the top floor of the house (enabled ONLY in SUMMER season), they are COMMON USE, that is shared, with other guests and owners of the house ---------------------------- PLEASE NOTE that the rental cost *does not INCLUDE* : - USE OF POOL: The first floor pool is private and belongs to another owner, so it CANNOT BE used FOR ANY REASON - USE OF WASHING machine: The washing machine on the last floor belongs to another owner of the house, so YOU CAN not use it - CLEANING DURING THE STAY: Although the apartment is delivered clean, the maintenance and cleaning of the apartment during the stay will be your responsibility. To facilitate this task in the apartment you will find: broom, dustpan, mop and a bath brush ---------------------------------- PROHIBITIONS AND LIMITATIONS: Remember that, due to specific rental rules, the entry of PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN INCLUDED IN THE INITIAL RESERVATION IS NOT ALLOWED, so keep in mind that VISITS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED, even those of close relatives or trusted friends, if any of these situations are detected without express authorization, the rental contract will be immediately terminated without the right to claim or refund (immediate eviction), this point is especially emphasized to avoid inconveniences during your stay Likewise, please note that IT IS not POSSIBLE TO INCREASE the NUMBER OF PEOPLE DURING the STAY, that is, if it is initially booked, for example, for two people this number must be kept until the end of the same, otherwise the entry of additional people will be subject to an additional charge of 30 soles per person per night (subject to my approval and always respecting the maximum capacity of up to 4 people) NO smoking inside the apartment or in the public areas of the house (except only on the terrace located on the last floor) if it is detected that you have smoked in areas not allowed this will be subject to a penalty of S/ 100 soles for ozonization The prudent and responsible consumption of alcohol is allowed, ALWAYS and WHEN there are no scandals, acts that attempt against morality and good customs or in any case excessive and/or annoying noises that can alter the tranquility of the other guests, owners and neighbors ----------------------------- I urge you to please take care of the furniture (e.g. be careful not to scratch or burn the pans, pots and utensils) avoid touching the walls and screens of the televisions, if you are going to cook try to clean immediately, do not use the towels to remove makeup or clean your shoes. All the equipment, furniture and belongings have been implemented with a lot of effort and will be used by the next guests The apartment will be checked on the day of your departure at the time of the return of the keys. Any possible damage done during your stay, even if accidental, must be disclosed and assumed at the time of the delivery of the keys, otherwise you may be charged through the host guarantee offered by Airbnb, but in this way it will definitely be more expensive than doing it directly with me ----------------------------- At the beginning of your stay, as a courtesy, you will find a pair of small soaps as well as a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, likewise in the kitchen a little salt and sugar (NO oil or other condiments will be provided), a sponge, dishwasher liquid and some surface disinfectant After these run out you can buy more in any winery or supermarket for your personal use during your stay ----------------------- Garbage or waste accumulated during your stay must be deposited in plastic bags at any time during your stay in the gray container located on the first floor of the house (next to the passage before the steps) ------------------------ AT the END OF YOUR STAY: I do not ask you to return the impeccable apartment, but if I would be very grateful if you could leave it AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE, and especially in good condition (although the gesture is appreciated, it is not necessary to leave the beds prior to your departure, since all the bedding will be washed immediately after your departure) PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEE ----------------------------------------- IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS: Please keep in mind that this is a temporary rental of a mini apartment and not a full house, let alone a stay in a hotel as these are all totally different experiences Renting an AIRBNB is not an ideal experience for everyone, the essence of renting a space on this platform is to have total independence and feel at home. If for your trip or vacation you are looking for: being located a few steps from the sea or in the heart of Mollendo, have 24-hour support staff, daily cleaning service, change of sheets, towels upon request, breakfast included, etc. In that case, booking a hotel will definitely be a better choice for you REMEMBER: The payment you make will be made to AIRBNB (who is the intermediary between you and me) and therefore they will be responsible for their respective management (receipt of the payment made, inquiries and/or claims about it) Airbnb may show you a referential price in soles BUT keep in mind that (although the default payment currency is the Peruvian sun) there is the possibility that the page will make the final collection IN DOLLARS (this will ultimately depend on the bank issuing your card); so in order not to be affected by a high exchange rate or collection of fees for international purchases by the issuing bank of your card, I recommend you pay by CREDIT CARD (or debit with account in $) so that in this way if you get to charge in dollars at the street exchange rate the amount is as much as possible to the price shown in soles or in your local currency (EYE this does not depend on me) -------------------------- ALL people with a confirmed reservation, prior to the delivery of keys, must have at hand either DNI, IDENTITY CARD or PASSPORT, any of them physically and in force, also, according to the conditions of the stay, YOU MUST GIVE your CONSENT so that I or the person who welcomes you can take a photo of your document and that of the other people who make up the reservation or will enter the house, this for security reasons. Have full confidence that after your stay this photo(s) will be deleted Also remember that in case your stay is greater than 1 week, a private contract is required prior to the initial delivery of keys Otherwise if you WOULD not AGREE TO the above points, as the owner of the property, I fully reserve the right of admission to my property and I will not be obliged to make any refund and/or accept any claim from you To me being a natural person and especially by not INCLUDING IGV or any other tax, please note that I WILL NOT BE ABLE to issue invoices or valid sales ballots for income tax deduction (since I AM NOT A COMPANY) A simple sales ticket will be issued to your name (at the end of your stay) only for the final amount Airbnb pays me (after deducting your charges and commissions) according to the tax regime I am in Finally, remind you that in the case of minors, by law, they must be accompanied by at least one of their parents (presenting current ID) or with the responsible adult carrying their corresponding notarial travel permit, valid and ORIGINAL, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter anyone, without the right to any claim or refund and notice will be immediately given to the national police -------------------------------------- SHARED TERRACE USE (ONLY AVAILABLE DURING SUMMER SEASON) Only during new year, January, February and part of March will be enabled the terrace located on the top floor, (only in the hours from 8am to 10pm) do not forget that this area is shared with other guests and residents of the house, including my family, here you can be outdoors, smoke a cigarette, have some sunshine or relax watching the sunset Visitors or other people in this area are also not allowed in, as it is an area shared with other guests, no unattended clothing or other belongings should be left unattended in this place since being an area of public use these could be lost and this would be their responsibility ------------------------------------------- For the rest of the year this place will not be furnished and CAN ONLY BE USED FOR SMOKING
