Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The three-season porch is not heated, and no space heater is available. The dock is available seasonally. One side is for owner use only and has a covered boat area. One side is open and available for guests to moor kayaks, small boats, or swim. Vermont Meals and Room Tax Number: MRT-11472019 Guest access You'll find the primary lockbox on the garage side door. A backup lockbox is located on the slider door. Enter your access code to retrieve the key. Once inside, you have full access to the home and grounds. The garage is yours for parking - you can access it through the side door and open the garage doors from there. Other things to note The dock on the property is a wonderful amenity. The right side is open for your use - you can moor a small watercraft, swim, or simply relax by the water.
