This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours before if you’re arriving on a public holiday. Check-IN / Check-OUT • Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak times (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays) • Check-Out: By 10:00 AM sharp during peak periods Early check-in may be possible outside peak times – just get in touch at least 24 hours before you arrive and we’ll see what we can do! House Rules – Please Read Before Booking By booking, you’re agreeing to the following: • No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property – indoors or outdoors • No parties or events – this is a peaceful family getaway, not a party house • Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times so everyone (including the neighbours) can relax and enjoy Strictly not allowed: • Fireworks, firearms, or explosives • Motorbike riding on the property • Driving or parking on lawns or gardens Note - If these rules aren’t followed, we may need to ask you to leave early without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
