Room 3 Mackenzie Mountain Lodge

Enjoy a comfortable stay while experiencing breathtaking mountains views. We're nestled in amongst the Four Peaks Range in Mackenzie Country and ideally situated approximately 2.5 hours drive south of Christchurch, 17 kilometres from the small township of Fairlie, 13 kilometres off the Inland Scenic Route (HW72) en-route to Mount Cook and Queenstown, 37 kilometres from Lake Tekapo, 3.5 kilometres from Lake Opuha and 6.5 kilometres from Mount Dobson Ski Area. The space The accommodation is situated on our small 20ha deer farm. We own and operate a hunting and angling outfit year-round, so our lodge and accommodation is designed with hunters and anglers in mind. We have taxidermy animal heads and animal skins in our accommodation. We ask that you please respectfully pass on our accommodation if this is not for you. Guest access Guests have their own private ensuite room with access to a communal BBQ area, fridge and washing facilities. This is a small family run working farm. Please do not wander beyond the front of the AirBnb cottage or parking area in respect of your personal health and safety and our privacy.
