They will have private access to their apartment in our building. There is a communal Laundry room accessible to all guests and free Wi-Fi throughout. Other things to note Please read the following information to make sure we are the right host & home for you. The apartment can only sleep up to a maximum of 4 people. No additional guests are allowed to sleep on the apartment unless it is previously agreed by the host. In order to keep all of our guests and tenants happy in our complex, we have a strict no party policy as well as quiet hours between 11 PM and 8 AM. Guest's are only allow to park one car per reservation under the pre-assigned parking number. All car's parked in other's spots may be subject to towing. There is additional paid street parking available. There are noise detector devices & cameras located on the outside of the property for your security. We are NOT a pet friendly apartment. Bringing an undisclosed pet may result in cancellation of the reservation with penalty. Leaving the apartment in an excessive filthy stay may result in additional cleaning fees. In order to keep the house clean and well maintained for you there are a few services done regularly to it, and this may encounter your stay. There is pest control service done once a month. Guest's will be advised with 24/48 hour notice before. In order to keep or building clean and pest free, this service cannot be denied by the guest. Only human and pet friendly products are use.
