The space The property has a suite, with a private bathroom, television and split air conditioning, a single bedroom, with a bunk bed, television, split air conditioning, private bathroom and access to the garden, toilet, living room with television and dining room, with split air conditioning, full and fully equipped kitchen, with barbecue grill, laundry, with washer and dryer, garden with direct access to the condominium infrastructure, garage for two cars (double box), with the possibility of charging an electric car. Its location is close to Jurerê beach, and you can walk there. We provide bedding, except for towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Guest access The guest can use the condominium's pool area, playground, hammock area and fire pit. Other things to note Small pets are allowed, upon consultation and payment of a fee.
