Welcome to Riverbank Cottage! A charming and newly refurbished 19th century cottage which encapsulates modern living and unique period features. Riverbank is beautifully situated on the riverbank (if our name didn't already give that away!) and offers a tranquil and peaceful garden space that is perfect for a quiet break away. The cottage is perfectly situated 2 minutes from junction 48 off the M4 which allows the easy exploration of Swansea, Llanelli, Gower, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. The space The property comprises two bedrooms, a large living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom. It is newly renovated but we have worked hard to maintain its original features with exposed stone walls and traditional beams on show. To the rear of the property runs a tributary river which runs into the Loughor Estuary, with the patio are a perfect space to relax and enjoy the views with your morning coffee or chill after a long day exploring South Wales. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom comprises a single bed and a sofa bed. The living and dining area has a log burner to keep you toasty on those cold evenings and a smart TV which has all the well know Apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime etc The modern kitchen provides you with everything you need and includes sweeping views towards the river at the back of the property. Guest access Guests will have access to all of the property and gardens but please do not go beyond the fence at the bottom of the garden due to safety reasons and its proximity to the river. Other things to note We are certainly dog-friendly and welcome all your furry friends however we would like guests to note that the garden is enclosed but does have hedgerows which some escape artists can get through!
