There are two bedrooms that can sleep up to 5 guests and a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. The living room features a spacious sleeper sofa/sectional with storage space, an ottoman, guidebook, throw blankets, TV, & bright lighting. Closet houses the iron & ironing board as well as games, dust pan, & swiffer mop. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and baking with a full sized fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave; as well as a Keurig and toaster. Additionally, there are utensils, cups, bowls, and plates suited for young children as well. Cleaning supplies, trash bags, dishwasher pods, fire extinguisher, & extra towels are available under the sink. The dining area has seating for 4 as well as the 2 bar stools at the counter. The primary bedroom has ample closet space with storage drawers, a hybrid medium-firm queen bed, a wall AC unit, ceiling heat, sound machine, vacuum, & access to the bathroom. Accessed via the primary bedroom, the full bathroom boasts a spacious vanity, a tub/shower combo, soap dispenser, bright lighting, an in-wall heater, & a linen closet for bath towels/extra storage. The secondary bedroom offers a medium-firm queen bed with a long twin trundle, desk space & chair, baseboard heat, window AC unit(summer only), sound machine, & a standard closet with storage drawers, portable fan, hangers, extra bedding, & laundry basket. Mirrors have been thoughtfully placed in the bedrooms for your getting-ready needs. Motion-sensing lights have been placed for your safety at the exterior entrance and around the building to the laundry room. A shared laundry room is located behind the unit in a locked room. You will share this space with the guests in the front unit. Guests are responsible for emptying the lint trap, removing trash, and keeping the shared space tidy. Parking is available in the gravel lot behind the building. Do not park directly in front of the entry to the unit. Other guests and delivery drivers must have ample room to drive in and out. Guest access Access is to the unit and the laundry room only. A key to the laundry room can be found on the coat rack by the front door. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: *You and your guests will share the bathroom accessed via the MAIN BEDROOM. *Book your stay with the exact number of guests. This allows us to stock and best prepare the home for you and your group. *REMOVE SHOES upon entry. Gravel from the driveway scratches the floors. *Respect the home as if it were your own. Host charges an extra fee of $150+ for excessive cleaning(time spent, damaged items, etc.). *Check that you have left with only your own belongings. Any material items removed from the property will be charged to you upon inspection after check-out. *Host is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind.
