Lots of mountain roads and trails to explore. Four miles from Devil Creek Reservoir- great fishing and boating. The space Large living area with vaulted Aspen ceiling, see-thru gas fireplace, massive rock chimney. Kitchen and dining on opposite side of fireplace. Main floor is full of natural light and great views due to the many large windows. Large game and TV area in basement with plenty of natural light and a Quadra-fire wood burning stove. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom except the loft. Half bath and laundry room near game room in basement. Large deck off main level. The openness lets in a lot of light but also allows sound to travel throughout the main living areas. Steps in back descend to a large grassy area for outdoor activities. You can walk down to the stream, jump on the trampoline, or take a walk around the 5 acre perimeter trail. Guest access Equipment such as tractor, four-wheeler, and snowmobile are off limits. The operation of ATV’s, four-wheelers and other motorized vehicles is not allowed on the property. Please stick to the roads and established trails. There will be one locked closet in master bedroom that is not accessible. Trampoline is not accessible during winter months due to snow. Otherwise, all areas of the cabin and the property are open for you to use and enjoy. Instructions/guidelines for use of gas fireplace, wood burning stove, kitchen stovetop, outside fire bowl, and gas fire pit must be followed fully and carefully.
