You will find two bedrooms with queen beds, and a living room that has queen sofa bed for two additional guests. The heritage apartment has been meticulously renovated to have all the comforts for a great stay, with a functional kitchen and stylish bathroom, and a rooftop area with views of the harbour. The space This top-floor flat showcases a high-quality renovation with an impressive private terrace and views of the western harbour. Its desirable Millers Point setting is just footsteps to Barangaroo and Barangaroo Headland Park, as well as Sydney's biggest attractions including the Syndey Opera House and Harbour Bridge The apartment offers an open plan living, high ceilings, and hard wood floorboards. The light-filled modern kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay including a with dishwasher and basic cooking essentials. You will find two bright and comfortable bedrooms and the Master bedroom also has a spacious balcony that overlooks Barangaroo. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room for two additional guests. Guest access You have the entire apartment at your disposal. Other things to note There is paid street parking out the front of the property and around the corner from 8am-10pm. It ranges from $12-16 dollars depending on the time of day you are parking. This parking is free overnight from 10pm-8am. You can also get cheaper parking if you book ahead at the Wilson parking station at Barangaroo. CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in termination of reservation. Running any kind of business out of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Nor is it allowed to provide personal services or produce any type of commercial video-/photographic material. You are only allowed to bring 1 pet and the pet must be under 10 kg. Your pet is not allowed in the beds or couches. If we receive any complaints from other guests or staff members regarding pet waste left unattended, we may have to impose a fine to cover the cost of clean-up and maintenance.
