Private room 200 meters from the subway

I rent, for a minimum of 5 days, a room with a balcony and private bathroom in a house that looks like a farm. Super well located on a quiet street about 200 m from the Morumbi/São Paulo subway. Use of the kitchen and washing machine is okay. My daughter and I live here. We are respectful, quiet and in a super good mood. Very important detail: we have 4 dogs and a kitten; all gentle.
