Historic Soulard Central House

Located one block from the start of a series of cafés, restaurants and bars and the historic Soulard market yet tucked away just far enough to provide peace and quiet when ready for rest. House is well appointed and thought out with all necessities for guests to feel comfortable from the beginning of their stay whether a couple of days or a few months. Decoration is comprised of artisan, handmade, international crafts (many acquired from personal travels); not mass produced plastic stuff. The space This is a two-story house. The living room and kitchen with a dining table or downstairs. The bedroom, bathroom and laundry room are upstairs. There is a relatively large hallway upstairs out of which doors to the bathroom and bedroom open. The hallway also houses a small desk where guests can work at or enjoy a cup of coffee with a few of the yard and street. Guest access The entirety of the house is for guests’ enjoyment. There is a relatively large but not completely fenced yard that is shared with another building on the same property lot.
