Designed by Clare Cousins, the building has been featured in Grand Designs and has received multiple awards. It’s fully electrified and car-free, with triple glazing, recycled materials, green power and rooftop solar contributing to its low environmental footprint. The apartment sits beside Bulleke Park and is minutes from Sydney Road, Anstey Station, the 19 tram and a huge range of hipster cafés, old school restaurants, wine bars and live music venues. It overlooks a pedestrian-only lane that locals love to hang out in with a café, restaurant and sustainable grocer and native landscaping. I’ll make plenty of room for guests and leave a well-stocked kitchen, along with a bespoke guide to my favourite local spots. Guest access Full use of the apartment, plus shared access to the rooftop garden and laundry facilities. Other things to note There is no car parking and the apartment overlooks the rail line. However, the home is exceptionally well sealed, triple-glazed and features an HRV system that circulates fresh air without needing to open windows. It is very quiet inside, and you cannot hear neighbouring apartments. No photo shoots or filming of any kind.
