BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): King Bed Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Queen Bed Bedroom 3 (top floor loft): 4 Queen Bunk Beds Bedroom 4 (basement): Full Bed and also a pull out couch The first-floor king is just off the main living area decorated with hints of skiing on the slopes. An additional bedroom equipped with a queen bed on the first floor is decorated to get you ready to play some golf. The basement-full bedroom is decorated to give you the lake and cabin feels. There are two full bathrooms with showers - one located on the 1st floor and one located in the walkout finished basement. There are extra blankets in the closets of the bedrooms. "...Plenty of room for a large group, beds were very comfortable." - Ethan OUTDOORS: You will want to spend plenty of time on the huge deck that is the length of the backside of the house, enjoying views of the mountain. In addition, no matter the weather enjoy a cup of coffee or hot cocoa in the hot tub with a tremendous mountainside view! Prepare dinner for your friends and family on the gas grill and later on, you can head out to the cozy fire pit and stargaze or watch the skiers go down the mountain! The views are spectacular here! After each guest, we thoroughly clean and refill the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should never be set above 104 degrees for your health reasons. Hot Tub Rules (Strictly Enforced): • Shower before entering the hot tub. • No vomiting, food, drinks, or glass in the hot tub. • Do not enter the hot tub if intoxicated or ill. • Remove makeup, lotions, tanning products, and oils before use. • Rinse off dirt, sweat, and sunscreen. If the hot tub is left excessively dirty (including vomit, body fluids, food, or heavy debris), a $150 deep-cleaning and water replacement fee will be charged.
