This spacious 2-bedroom, 1st-floor apartment room-share is perfect for the traveling professional or any individual looking to explore downtown Manchester. With easy highway access, you can be at any restaurant, hospital or event venue within minutes! Less than an hour way is Boston, several coastal beaches and the lakes region. So, whether you want to hunker down and watch a movie in the cozy living room or hike on the local rail trails, this is the perfect place for you! The space This charming apartment boasts more than 1500 square feet of living space, 2 massive bedrooms, a back patio, a small office area, plenty of storage and character only found in an 1860 New England colonial! The space is fully furnished and the kitchen is ready for your culinary prowess. The yard is spacious and perfect for a few games of cornhole (provided!) or just hanging out with your friends. Guest access The guest will have exclusive use of one of the bedrooms and will share the remaining space in the first floor apartment, back patio and side yard. We do have plenty of additional storage if needed. During your stay We are readily available and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other things to note The owners live in the upstairs unit and normally work from home. The family moving business is run out of the barn and has a few employees that may be on the property in the mornings or afternoons. Since this is a room share, there may be other guests in the apartment. Therefore, no overnight guests are permitted and all approved guests must vacate the premise by 10pm.
