Dacha Venus is the perfect beach house. Spacious, relaxing and beautifully furnished. Enjoy the wide open plan lounge and dining, with two separate decks on either side of the house to catch the sunrise and sunset. Sleeps 6 in three separate bedrooms, with a sofa bed and spare queen mattress to accommodate 10 in total. A pleasant 10 minute stroll to the stunning Venus Bay surf beach number 5, one of the most beautiful and untouched pieces of coastline in Victoria. The space Our beach house is a comfortable two-story, three-bedroom home offering the perfect getaway for a family beach holiday or get together with friends. The main living area is upstairs, a spacious open-plan area including the lounge, dining area and an combined open area and study corner. A large, leather L-shaped lounge provides the perfect spot for relaxing with a 42" smart Sony TV, as well as a SONOS sound system. A selection of quality boardgames is also provided. A large, solid square dining table with comfortable seating for up to 8, for large meals shared between family and friends. The dining opens to the fully equipped kitchen, with oven and cooktops, dishwasher, microwave, Smeg coffee machine and large pantry and fridge. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery, along with quality utensils and cooking equipment for you to prepare your meals. Other appliances include kettle, toaster, hand blender, electric fry pan and rice cooker. There are decks on both the front and back of the house, catching the sunrise from one side and the sunset on the other. The front deck offers beautiful views of the mature native garden, especially a spectacular Red Flowering Gum, and further towards the tea tree covered dunes of the beach. The house has extremely fast and reliable Starlink WiFi. In a corner of the upstairs area is a desk for remote working, including a monitor, HDMI cable, laptop stand and external keyboard. Upstairs there is one master bedroom with queen bed, with a large walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and a separate small desk. An additional queen mattress is under the bed, which can be moved to the large living room when needed. Downstairs there is a rumpus room, laundry, bathroom and separate toilet. The laundry provides a combined washer / dryer, with drying lines outside and a clothes stand available. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a double bed, the other with two singles which may be zipped together to form a king size bed. Both bedrooms have their own built in robes and dressers. An undercover patio includes a 10-seat outdoor dining set and a new gas barbecue. Parking is available in the driveway for two cars, with space for a third outside the gate and ample additional street parking. We provide two boogie boards and a bike for getting around. The beach is a pleasant 10 minute walk through the quiet streets of Venus Bay. We've worked hard to create a relaxing and comfortable space to enjoy the beauty and serenity of Venus Bay, we hope that you'll enjoy your stay! Guest access You will have full access to the entire house and garden. You won't be sharing the space with anyone else. Other things to note We have a few house rules to keep the space comfortable and welcoming for all guests. - Please remove all shoes in the downstairs rumpus room before coming upstairs or going to the bedrooms. - All the houses in Venus Bay rely on rainwater, so please keep your showers short and be mindful of how much water you're using. In dry periods, please limit toilet flushing. - We're also on a septic system, so please don't flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper. - There's no smoking or vaping allowed in the house or on the balconies. - This is a family-owned beach house, so no parties allowed. - Pets are welcome and the garden is fully fenced. However, pets are not allowed on any beds or furniture and all dog poo should be picked up and put in the bin. - Bins are put out on Sunday night, or when you're leaving. Thank you kindly.
