The Boujee Little Beach House

Hello 👋🏼 & welcome to The Boujee Little Beach House. We are so happy that you chose us for your stay! Our modern apartment is located within a 1km radius from the beach & is just 0.5kms away from the Marine Walk Shopping Centre, that features all of the necessary amenities & boasts some of Durbans top quality restaurants. Take this time to breathe, reflect & relax in comfort, while soaking in the panoramic views of our tranquil ocean & revel in the wonder of our community’s natural beauty. The space Our apartment caters for 3 guests maximum. Please NB that NO additional guests are permitted into the complex/apartment and no events or parties are to be hosted. Once your booking request is accepted and paid for, we will send you all the necessary information needed for your stay, as well as an access code for the complex, that is needed for your check in. Please note that this important information is sent via the air bnb app only. All information needs to be read and acknowledged prior to your check in date. The main bedroom overlooks the sea, with sliding doors that open onto the balcony. This main room consists of a queen size bed, built in cupboards and an air conditioner. The main bedroom also has a small dresser/make up table and hair dryer. The second bedroom has a single bed, built in cupboards and a free-standing fan and small heater. Both beds are equipped with electric blankets for cooler nights, and each bedroom has warm fleecy spare blankets in the cupboards. There is one bathroom situated between the two bedrooms, which has a shower/bath and automatic extraction mechanism. We supply x2 rolls of toilet paper for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials (and more), that we believe to be absolutely necessary in ensuring that your stay with us is nothing but 100% comfortable. There is a small filtered water machine on the kitchen counter, which means that you do not have to worry about purchasing filtered/drinking water during your stay and we also supply you with tea, coffee and sugar. Please do feel free to make use of the table cloths, runners, candles and charger plates provided, to set the tone for a gorgeous dinner on the balcony, over looking the sea. The living room has a smart TV, which is connected to Netflix and the apartment is equipped with uncapped wifi for your personal use. We have also purchased a free standing inverter that may be used, should there be any form of power outage-we will not leave you in the dark 💡 In the living room, you will find our basket of boujee beach towels that may be taken to the beach and to the Clubhouse pool too. There is no need to travel with any extra and unnecessary items-we’ve got you covered. Guest access The entire apartment is available. Complex amenities will need to be booked to use by the booking page in the clubhouse. Please note that there is no direct access to the beach from the apartment block. You will need to go out of the main complex gate and walk down the road to the beachfront. It is a short, downhill walk. Other things to note Monkeys in the area can be a nuisance from time to time, if given the opportunity to do so. Please could you therefore ensure, that all doors and windows are closed to prevent them from entering the apartment. Please do not feed them.
