Located on one of the last dirt roads, our house is within walking distance to both the safety beach and also the breathtaking beauty of one of Australia’s best surf beaches. The house features two full bathrooms and one-half bathroom. With four bedrooms, it is spacious enough to accommodate 2 families. The backyard offers space for outdoor activities. Perfect for a winter getaway with a pot belly wood heater. The space The house comfortably sleeps 10. 3 bedrooms have queen size beds, one ensuite with a walk in robe. Plus a bunk room with 2 singles and one double. Downstairs is a rumpus room / chill out zone for kids and teenagers equiped with tv, dvd player and retro arcade games machine. In the garage you’ll find table tennis plus a pool table and dart board. Upstairs you will find open plan living which extends onto a spacious deck with gas bbq, deck chairs and outdoor dining. Our kitchen is fully equipped and next to the indoor dining area. The upstairs lounge is centred around a pot bellied stove. Large back garden with a fire pit and dog friendly. Upstairs ensuite bathroom with shower plus a powder room. Downstairs bathroom with shower and bath plus another powder room. Fully equipped laundry. Split system Aircon upstairs and downstairs plus wifi. Extra fridge located in the garage. Other things to note Parking Lift the latch on the gates, open the gates and drive in. There is room for 3 cars inside the gates and 2 cars parked out the front side by side parallel to the road (to the right of the gates on the grass). Take care when driving in the gates of the clearance / tree on the right (especially if you have a high vehicle / boat).
