You can pick this up from the front desk upon your arrival. Your detailed arrival instructions will be sent to you via email and text on the day of arrival. Other things to note Policies: 1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am. 2. NO Smoking in condo or on balcony. 3. Pets are NOT allowed. 4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 6. Two Parking Passes are included with your reservation. 7. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property. 8. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. *For groups of adults all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
