A home environment, you have easy access to the local Rockport beach, museums, shops, art gallery, boat ramps and so much more within just a 5 minutes drive. On a acre, we attract all types of birds, wildlife, including deer and squirrels. After a full day of adventure, you can relax on the covered porch or play they many outside or inside games available. Relaxation is calling! The space Sitting on an acre, you have trees that provide a nice breeze. The home boasts a lot of natural lighting, but has room darkening shades or curtains, throughout. The open concept of the living room, kitchen and workspace allows for ease of moving around and conversations among each other. The outdoor seating area under a covered porch with fans to circulate the coastal breeze, you will have another area to relax and entertain. Price shown is for 4. Each additional guest and pets are extra. Guest access Parking for the home is located behind the well house and has the entrance for easy loading and unloading. The area with fake rocks and recycled tires and other decor is covering the septic tank system, so we do ask that it is not played on. The yard is fully accessible, but the second home located on the back end of the property is my mom's private residence. Other things to note We do have plenty of parking for your boat, so you can leave as early as you want to catch those fish! A play pen with a bassinet, changing table can be set up in any of the rooms, upon request. Also, there is a pet fee of $75/each and will show when you pay. Thank you.
