Guest access 🏡 Access and Activities Guests have private access to the entire house and its spaces. In addition, they can rent paddleboards directly on the property and go out to explore the lake, right in front of the house. They will also have access to the clubhouse, where they will find activities available at an additional cost, such as waterskiing, slalom, kneeboarding, wakeboarding, MasterCraft boat rides, and three tennis courts with the option of lessons with an instructor. A perfect experience to combine rest, nature, and adventure! Other things to note 🧹 Mandatory housekeeping service The stay includes the service of two employees, with an additional cost of COP 100,000 per person per day worked. One person is responsible for cooking, cleaning, and tidying the rooms, while the other performs general maintenance duties (handyman). In Colombia, it is customary to share meals with the staff. Important: This service is paid directly to the staff before check-out and is separate from the Airbnb cleaning fee, which covers preparing the house before your arrival and cleaning it after your departure. 🕒 Check-in and check-out We can offer flexibility depending on the booking calendar. However, when there are guests about to arrive, the check-out time must be respected. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a charge for an additional night. Early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and prior authorization, cost $30 USD per hour. 📌 Other additional charges Pets: $50 USD per stay. Additional guests: $25 USD per night per person, starting with guest number 13. Day passes: $25 USD per person. 🔇 House Rules Parties and noisy events are not allowed.
