The space Welcome to one of the best houses in Potreritos de Nilo: This luxurious, minimalist architectural marvel was built in 2023 and is located on a 10,000-square-meter lot of carefully preserved tropical forest. The house offers a unique getaway that combines the serenity of nature with all the contemporary amenities of a luxury space in which no expense has been spared and every detail is taken care of. Private Spaces with Unparalleled Views: The house is designed for 11 people to sleep using the service room (with bathroom), but can accommodate up to 14 using two inflating mattresses and the living room sofas with high quality mattresses. The 3 main rooms and the axuliar room have their own bathroom and private terrace with panoramic lake view and smart tvs. The house concept is without air conditioning, but it has industrial fans in each room and in the social area that overlooks the lake and the tropical forest with a special system of profiles with an angle that close/open at the end of the afternoon if there are mosquitoes. The house has Starlink high-speed satellite internet! The house has a full set of linens, a dry kitchen (open kitchen) and a wet kitchen (closed kitchen) fully equipped to enjoy cooking or let the maids surprise you. Pool with Lake View and Recreational Activities: The pool is purified under a computerized system with glass filters, ionization and oxygenation with CO2 for a chlorine and salt-free experience and becomes the epicenter of relaxation, offering spectacular views of the lake. We have paddle boards that you can rent at the house and use directly on the lake right in front of the property. You also have access to the clubhouse where there are several paid activities: Waterski, slalom, kneeboard, wakeboard, paddle board, Mastercraft boat, 3 tennis courts (with teacher) and more. Other things to note Mandatory domestic service: You will have two service employees at your disposal at an additional cost of 100,000-COP (26USD) each per day worked, they cook delicious food and will keep everything impeccable. They will be in charge of cleaning, cooking, fixing the rooms, etc. In Colombia it is customary to share the food with them. Please note, the Airbnb cleaning fee and domestic employee service fee are separate and different. The small cleaning fee charged through Airbnb covers the preparation of the house prior to your arrival and cleaning after your departure. The cost of the employees' service must be paid directly to them before check-out, they appreciate it very much. You will have two employees, one person who cooks and grooms and another with the charge of everyone. Depending on our booking schedule, we can be flexible regarding check-in/out times, but if we need to prepare the house for upcoming guests, check out time is strictly enforced. Late and unauthorized check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
