Quiet, well-ventilated and cozy apartment. Close to bars, restaurants, shopping, gym (Smart Fit) and general commerce, as well as being close to the Samba Schools of Vila Isabel and Salgueiro. We are also close to Maracanã and UERJ. Other parts of the city such as Sambódromo, Lapa and the South Zone, with its beaches, can be accessed by subway or bus. Bedroom: double bed, smart TV, built-in closets, air-conditioning 2, iron and ceiling fan, desk with two office chairs, plus a single mattress. Living room: sofa bed, ceiling and column fan and a smart TV. Other things to note In the living room, we have the sofa bed, which turns into another double bed. There is a ceiling fan and a column fan available (there is no air conditioning in the room). We also have a single mattress available. Some calendar dates during the middle of the week may be closed for use by the owners.
