The space Step into the welcoming open living space, adorned with an amazing glass-in porch and expansive deck, where you can unwind and soak in the peaceful surroundings. First floor has a king bed with a shared full bathroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (a king, full and two twin beds). The second floor also has a shared full bathroom with shower/tub and a 3/4 ensuite bathroom with the king room. Venture outside to paths leading you to a community center and tennis courts, yours to enjoy as part of the rental package. This cottage has a regular drip coffee maker. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500. There is a $200 nonrefundable pet fee (dogs only) for up to two pets for this property. Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.
