With close proximity to the stadium, travel time is under 15 minutes utilizing back roads while avoiding major traffic. Also, there is a covered patio located off the main floor equipped with a grill, smoker, and plenty of seating. These former PSU alumni are just waiting to share their family home with you! The space Here you will find entertainment for every age! The basement has the perfect projector screen tv to view Netflix and other college games before/after attending your event. Kids toys and amenities are offered for the little ones as well. The large couch and lounge in the basement would provide additional sleeping options. There is an additional room/office upstairs that could fit a twin/full size air mattress as well.
