*Barranco: Luxury Room in Historic House*

Enjoy this exclusive and spacious room in an authentic Barranco mansion from the early 20th century, declared a Cultural Heritage of Peru; and awarded the UNESCO Blue Shield for its high historical and cultural value for the identity of the district. The room is equipped with a Smart TV, king-size bed, and a private bathroom with fine finishes (preserving the original restored majolica tiles). We are one of the few options in the area with air conditioning and heating. Welcome! The space Beautiful 25 m2 room, with an imposing 4.5 meter high decorated ceiling. It has an Oregon pine floor, original to the house and very well preserved over time. The bed, as well as the coat rack, are wrought iron and bronze furniture restored to reflect the elegance and good taste of the time. This room is one of the jewels of our house, enjoy it in all its splendor. We offer breakfast included in the rate, available daily from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. In order to better organize it, we ask our guests to confirm in advance if they will use breakfast, the approximate time they will have it, and if they have any dietary restrictions. In this way, we can provide you with a more personalized and comfortable service. Guest access Apart from your room with a private bathroom, you will have access to the common areas of the house such as the large period dining room and the back garden where you can relax after a strenuous day of sightseeing or work.
