Within 300 meters you will find banks, greengrocers, butchers, pharmacies, supermarkets and within 500 meters countless bars in Palermo Hollywood or Cañitas. The apartment is 400 meters from the Carranza metro station on line "D" The apartment has a washing machine wifi 2TVs, coffee maker, refrigerator oven queen size bed and a balcony to watch the sunset. The space We chose all the decoration and furniture while living in the apartment so it gives it extra comfort and durability. The apartment has a living room with a '50s TV, the sofa has a foldable coffee table and a sofa that can slide with a leg extension. It has air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom, which also has a ceiling fan and light with remote control. The bedroom has a queen size bed 1.6 x 2 M and a '42 TV, closet and 2 nightstands. The kitchen is quite complete and in a separate room it has a refrigerator that is quite large 450Lts, ideal for slightly longer stays and a washing machine. For the clothes dryer you would have to go to the 9th floor for common use at an additional cost. It has a balcony where there is a small table, It also has an armored door and safe. Guest access The apartment is rented complete. The common areas are the pool, grill and loundry on the top floor. Other things to note The apartment located in the best buenos aires’s neighbour has 24-hour security and a doorman. It also has the following amenities: grill, pool, washing machine and dryer, all on the top floor. The grill must be reserved in security on the ground floor. The pool can be used from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., it does not have lifeguards and can be accessed by 2 people staying in the apartment and only one additional guest. The washing machine and dryer have an additional cost with tokens that are sold at the kiosks next to the building (Bompland and Paraguay or Nicaragua and Carranza).
