No smoking or vaping inside. No children under 12 due to deep water well in the grounds. The space Three rooms - kitchen/diner, bedroom and living area, shower room. Guest access Private door and private outdoor space Other things to note Access is via a bumpy farm track. Take it slow and you'll be fine. The owner has cats, dogs and chickens who may visit you. If you are allergic to animals this may not be the cottage for you. Ground floor property with accommodation all on one level. However there are two small steps and uneven cobbles on the path from the car park to the cottage. If you have very limited mobility, this path may be hard to navigate.
