Ocean/marsh view condo

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the lagoon, marsh, and ocean view! The villa has 2 bedrooms/2 baths. There are 2 outdoor pools and one heated indoor pool. Once you get to the beach you will find Coco’s, a bar and grill open March to November. We also have a restaurant and bar, The Beach Bear, located next to the pool at building 1. The other amenities include tennis courts, exercise room, hot tub, steam room, bike rental, and sauna. Guest access You have access to the complete condo. There is a small restaurant at the building closest to the boardwalk, The Beach Bear. There is also a bar/grill at the beach, Coco's. Other things to note This is a non-smoking, no pets villa. The STR Permit # is 075062.
