The modern and fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with fireplace and also gives access to the terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and pétanque court). Minimum stay of 2 nights. Customized reservations possible. Evenings and parties are not allowed. The space GROUND FLOOR Large living area with fireplace and large screen TV. Open equipped kitchen (4 induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, hot plate, oven, wine cellar, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer, coffee maker + Nespresso). 1 bedroom = Pablo Suite (suitable for people with reduced mobility): modular bed (large double bed 180 cm or 2 single beds 80 cm) with shower room and toilet. UPSTAIRS 4 Bedrooms = Matisse Suite: 1 large double bed 160 cm with shower room and toilet. Ambroise Suite: 1 large double bed 160 cm with shower room and toilet. Margaux Suite: 1 large double bed 160 cm with shower room and toilet. Victoire Suite: 1 large double bed 160 cm with shower room and toilet. + 1 duplex dormitory for 5 children: 1 bunk bed (2 beds of 90 cm) with separate toilet + 3 single beds of 90 cm on the mezzanine. OUTSIDE Terrace with electric barbecue and plancha, garden furniture, parasols, outdoor table and chairs. Petanque court (with balls and jack). Other things to note A security deposit will be required for each stay: 2000 EUR.
