Other things to note CHECK IN: You can check in after 12pm, the self check-in is available. PARKING: If you arrive by car feel welcome to park it in front of the house door, anyways please be aware to do not park it in front of the neighbors entrances or garages. In our area there’s also bistros, bakeries, local restaurants, Atm, pharmacy, laundry service. FACILIIES: - In your rooms you will find bedsheets, blankets, towels. - Please ask the team about the use of the washing machine we will explain you how to use it and which program is the most efficent and covenient in terms of time, price per laundry 5€ OUR POLICY AND RULES: - Please don't forget slippers for internal use only, for hygienic reasons we do not use shoes inside, - Neighborhood quite time is from 9PM until 8AM, please avoid to turn music loud, - Smoking is strictly prohibited In the whole property: inside the house and outside in the garden or terraces, - the use of the BBQ is not allowed, - Parties and outside people are not allowed in the house, TAXES TO ADD: In your booking the mandatory touristic taxes aren’t included: 2,5€/ night per person you can pay at your arrival by bank transfer PASSPORTS & ID: Please keep your passport or passport copy with you cause we will ask you to share it by message or email after your check in.
