Despite our best efforts, occasional sightings may occur due to the natural environment. Guest access You'll have access to the entire unit! Other things to note *** GUEST VERIFICATION PRIOR TO STAY IS REQUIRED *** To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: « You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. « You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. « You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. « You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria. *STREAMING APPS* We do not provide log-in accounts for streaming apps on our smart TV. Guests are kindly requested to use their personal log-in accounts to access and enjoy streaming services during their stay and ensure they log out of their personal accounts upon check-out. Note: Surveillance cameras in the hallways, front entrance and/or back entrance for security recording at all times. Minut device in the unit for noise level. Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet: 1-5 Nights : 25$ Per Day 5-29 Nights : 200$ 30+ Nights : 300$ FIRE ALARM AND SMOKING POLICY - **Fire Department Fee**: Guests are liable for fire department fines up to $1,000 if their actions (like smoking or burning food) trigger the fire alarm. - **No Smoking**: Smoking inside incurs extra cleaning fees. - Your cooperation ensures a safe and enjoyable stay for all. NEIGHBORHOOD & NOISE DISCLAIMER Urban Vibes: Our property is located in an area that captures the essence of city living, which means you can expect a lively atmosphere and ambient noise. Up-and-Coming Area: This neighborhood is in the midst of transformation and has a diverse, eclectic character. It's a place where old meets new, and it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Noise Levels: Due to the urban setting, you may experience higher noise levels, especially during peak hours. Community Awareness: While the area is evolving, it retains a raw, authentic charm. We recommend always being aware of your surroundings, as you would in any urban environment. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Neighborhood & Noise Disclaimer. TRASH AND RECYCLING Trash Days: Wednesday: Trash & Heavy items like furniture Sunday: Trash & Recycling Time Restrictions: Trash and recycling should only be left out after 5 PM on the designated days. Fines: If trash or recycling is left out before 5 PM, guests will be responsible for any fines incurred from the city. Sofa Sleeper Disclaimer: Please note that our units feature a comfortable sleeper sofa for your convenience. Should you require linens for the sleeper sofa, we kindly ask that you request them at the time of booking. For same-day reservations, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please be aware that our ability to do so may be limited if our housekeeping team is not available. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to host you! We have Blink cameras at the entrance, and exits the units. This only captures the outside entrance, and back door entrance. They will only record when motion is detected. We also do have Minut Noise monitoring systems in the unit to detect noise decibels. This will monitor noise levels at all time. There is 1 AC unit in the living room. The bedroom has a ceiling fan We do not allow any tampering with our security devices. This includes the Wifi system, the Minut noise monitoring system, the cameras, and the Schlage encode door lock. If any of these and tampered with, we reserve the right to dispatch security officers, or management to the premises. This will also result in termination of your reservation.
